I don’t know it’s just me or it’s the same to most of Americans: Insurance agents are nothing but the $ collectors year after year – no personal contact, no greetings (except for the 1st time, maybe) and no interpersonal relationship at all.  They just sit in their office (or their home), watch Oprah and send you and me the payments.

But Chris is different.  He actually stopped by my house, talked to me with kind and professional attitude, and answered my phone calls during awkward hours when I bought a new car and finished the transaction at late night.  He was there to support me to get my new car covered right away – so that I could drive my car home.  

We are not related but I feel lucky to have him as my insurance guy.  I hope I would be lucky to get a lawyer, an account and a pastor somehow like him 😀
