Almost every time I call, day or night he answers the phone personally and if he doesn’t, calls back soon and apologizes for not being able to pick up the phone when I called.  Easy to deal with, upfront, knowledgeable… just great to work with… and I have never even met him!  I appreciate the prompt and immediate service/help I get with all types of insurance.

I was looking for an insurance agency near my home and I was pleasantly surprised that the R.
