I’ve written all of about 1 or 2 reviews… ever, but wanted to take the time to write this.  I have been super impressed with the customer service I get from Chris. Almost every time I call, day or night he answers the phone personally and if he doesn’t, calls back soon and apologizes for not being able to pick up the phone when I called.  Easy to deal with, upfront, knowledgeable… just great to work with… and I have never even met him!  I appreciate the prompt and immediate service/help I get with all types of insurance.

Chris Faggi has been exceptionally responsive to my insurance needs and has looked for the best value to fulfill them. He really took the time to understand what I wanted and what I needed. Then he gave me the effective alternatives that allowed my to make an intelligent choice.
